Job Description
- Participate in the periodic meetings with direct manager to ensure that priorities are clear and the work-flow is running smoothly as per agreed plans at the beginning of each year.
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Egyptian accounting standards.
- Responsible for Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Responsible in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Responsible of reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist accountants Manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings Assist with other accounting project
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Experience in contracting Industry is A MUST.
- Communication skills.
- Experience from 6 years to 8 years.
- Preferable work with Microsoft Package.
