Job Description
- Responsible for Communicating, tracking and monitoring development activities to make sure that project is delivered on time with high quality.
- Conduct Requirements review, code review for developers.
- Create high & low level design for the application architecture.
- Fully resolve technical issues including performance and functionality issues. And resolve production problems and software release issues
- Report issues and project status of modules to Project Manager
- Deploy the application on the customer side, and conduct training on the application to the customer and prepare recorded or documented tutorials for it.
- Ensure alignment with the organization's vision and values (DM Summit, Regional Meeting, Management Meetings, and Trainings).
- Participate in technical project planning and execution.
- Support & coach development team members.
- Responsible for monitoring team performance and evaluations.
- Ensure that the assigned team is fully utilized.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Data warehousing (ETL and Reporting Solution Architecture, High-level Design, Detailed level Design, Basic Data modelling).
- Strong understanding of concepts and techniques for design, development and implementation of ETL.
- Ability to translate business requirements into ETL technical requirements.
- Strong hands-on experience in Informatica 9.x +. (Power Center, Power Exchange, Data Quality, MDM…).
- Strong database design and development skills.
- In-depth knowledge of all Informatica transformations, mappings, sessions, task, & workflow creation.
- Strong hands-on experience in any of the database like MS SQL, Oracle and interested to work in all databases.
- Use of Data Modeling, Database Query Optimization and Data Access techniques and concepts.
- Hands-on Informatica Cloud.
- Ability to perform detailed data analysis (i.e. determine the structure, content, and quality of the data through examination of source systems and data samples).
- Must be good in Unix shell scripting.
- Good communication skills and analytical skills are a must.
- Able to designs and executes unit test plans and documents results.
