Job Description
- Set daily, weekly and monthly goals and inform them of the employees.
- Organizing work progress by defining responsibilities and preparing shift schedules.
- Follow-up and supervision of personnel training procedures.
- Ensure safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Ensure that the production conditions and specifications are applied.
- Submit performance reports periodically to determine the extent to which the objectives are achieved.
- Identify challenges and competencies and make suggestions for improvement.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and enterprise standards.
Job Requirements
- Five years experience
- Good experience in using different types of manufacturing machines and tools.
- Proficiency in dealing with Microsoft Office programs.
- The ability to arrange and distribute tasks and organize time.
- Proficiency in leadership skills and ability to provide appropriate solutions to problems.
- The ability to communicate with different personalities.
- Proficiency in motivation and creating a suitable work environment for employees.
- Obtaining a high school diploma in the field of technology or engineering.
- Previous work experience as a production supervisor.
