Job Description

The Candidate will work on Odoo 13 platform, the company provides SAAS applications developed to serve B2B solution & another POS solution with integrated APPS.

The candidate has to have very good experience in API's & Odoo as a service.

Software Architecture / Integration design :

  • Design / Implement software architecture; Focusing on Integration (SAP Odoo) (Oracle / Odoo ) ...etc.
  • mprove & optimize the application integration scenarios
  • Design / Configure internal infrastructure
  • Ensure scalability of the solutions on company "cloud" servers.
  • Lead the integration project in association with implementer.

Developments:

  • Develop solution / modules MVP / Test MVP
  • Develop or validate API's
  • Maintain API's proper documentation
  • Define and implement development standards according to up-to-date coding methodologies and best practices

Team management:

  • Coach, mentor & monitor performance for a team of Odoo Developers
  • Manage key stakeholders (Internal / external customers) to communicate effectively & solve any conflicts / problems
  • Develop department KPI's / budget & requirements.

DevOps

  • Set up a streamlined deployment pipeline
  • Plan software releases
  • Manage releases, tags, and versions
  • Carry out safe and downtime-proof software releases

System administrator

  • Make sure that the company’s data is protected
  • Manage the organization’s domains, SSL certificates, and related components
  • Develop and implement an internal communication system for the company
  • Monitor the performance of the company’s IT infrastructure

Technical Support

  • Co-design technical support workflow with operation, customer service & sales team
  • Resolve clients technical issues
  • Analyze technical issue and client feedback to inform solutions’ enhancement & new features

Job Requirements

Education Level

  • Bachelor's degree university in a related field required (Computer science or Engineering)

Years of Experience

  • 12 years of experience

  • Ability to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot problems that may arise.
  • Ability to act independently with minimal supervision
  • Dedicated to the success of peers and demonstrated willingness to train/mentor
  • Ability to build relationships and work well across functions
  • Ability to lead and manage large-scale projects
  • Understanding of business processes and basic corporate finance, management and accounting principles

Programming languages:

  • API - SAP / Oracle is key
  • Working knowledge in Python
  • Experience in any other languages is preferable
  • C / C++ / Java / HTML5 / PHP /SQL
