Job Description
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company
- Oversee financial department employees
- Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
- Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor degree in Accounting, Master degree, CPA or similar will be a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years in finance/ accounting experience of which 5 years in Food and Beverage is required.
- Experience in big cooperates in Restaurants and coffee shops.
- Managed an overall finance department before or headed the forecasting and financial analysis functions at minimum.
- Strong knowledge and experience of auditing compliance and IFRS principles.
- Strong knowledge on VAT accounting and regulations.
- Strong knowledge on IT financials process, and hands on experience on Oracle or SAP ERP is a plus.
- Experience in one of the big four accounting firms is a plus.
