Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work in SAP implementation, migration and upgrade projects
- Monitor & Optimize system performance, perform root cause analysis, administer system and provide technical support
- Perform system activities, changes and problem management in SAP infrastructure
- Provide regular reports on system performance, system up-time and utilization
- Perform enhancement and optimization on database or system related process
- Project planning, execution and completion
- Service planning and controlling, completion
- Business or development process analysis and design
- Collaborate with external partners in projects
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in IT or equivalent
- 9 years of experience in SAP Basis with 6 years of experience in providing SAP Basis support in large complex SAP setup
- Certified and experienced in SAP HANA
- Experience as SAP solution architect is an advantage.
- Experienced in AIX & Windows operating systems, Oracle, MS SQL Server & DB2 databases and performing SAP & Database Upgrades
- Prepare well-written proposals and present the content to clients clearly and convincingly
- Ready to work in 24x7 support environment, if required
- Familiar with ITIL processes
