Job Description

  • Develop and implement advertising and branding strategy aimed to increase sales
  • Develop Ad campaigns, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online, and billboards.
  • Create advertising plans and content to reach various demographics.
  • Write creative briefs for products and services and coordinate with Agency to design and prepare advertisements.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to Develop creative materials and advertising campaigns and methods for new or existing products or services.
  • Request creative materials for marketing campaigns, including but not limited to print ads, billboards, marketing collateral, TV & radio spots, and digital communications including web banners, ads, email blasts, etc.
  • Oversee all aspects of branding campaign, including graphic design, slogan development, personnel acquisition and publication revitalization.
  • Create and manage social media presence and campaigns.
  • Work with sales and marketing to develop and implement activation programs and to suggest and recommend events and shows to participate in.
  • Manage day to day relationship and activities with outside Advertising, Social Media and media booking agencies.
  • Liaise with different departments including Sales & Marketing to ensure successful development and implementation of advertising programs.
  • Create a quarterly/yearly calendar of events, shows, occasions and develop special plans and materials if need be.
  • Perform market research identifying areas upon which to focus
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of programs and campaigns.
  • Create advertising, branding and production annual plan.
  • Research new advertising opportunities and test new creative ideas.
  • Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and developments.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of work experience in advertising preferred in or Telecommunication or FMCG fields.
  • Advertising artwork and copy writing
  • Has desire and commitment to work in a fast-paced environment
