Job Description
- Preparation of the warehouse monitoring system on the computer and its continuous development with specialists.
- Receives entry bonds with their attachments according to the procedures in force.
- Receives the bonds of release with their attachments in accordance with the procedures in force.
- Works on inserting the contents of the entry and exit bonds on the materials and products cards in the computer inventory control system according to the instructions of the window.
- Refers the entry and exit bonds to the financial accounting to perform the accounting entry in accordance with the procedures in force.
- Prepares the material numbering manual and modifies it when necessary.
- Participates in setting inventory levels in light of management directives.\
- Monitors the movement of input and output of materials, supplies and products.
- Reporting stagnant and less mobile items.
Job Requirements
- Good command in English
- Bachelor's degree in commerce - Accounting major
- 4 years' minimum experience of which 2 years in general accounting.
