Job Description
- Receive incoming claims, invoices and official books and review them in terms of quantities and prices according to the purchase request, concluded contracts or binding agreements
- Reviewing claims and entitlement to payments and supervises the preparation of exchange documents in all that relates to current and capital expenditures that are due on the institution, salaries, wages and the like
- Prepare exchange and cash documents, special checks, claims and invoices after reviewing them
- Making the accounting entries related to the payments and matching them with the computer
- Performs periodic reviews and suggests necessary adjustments that achieve financial goals
- Ensure that suppliers' balances are correct and matched
- Prepare monthly reports with amounts and payment items and compare them with the estimated budget items
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's' degree in Commerce - Accounting Major
- Good Command in English
