Job Description
With the support of the relevant MSLs, drive the execution of strategic plans in assigned Therapy Area and provide thorough up-to-date medical expertise to support Novartis message delivery to Medical Experts. Top Medical Experts management and follow up on annual development plans. Collaborate cross functionally in the execution of relevant scientific and clinical activities in assigned projects/disease areas. Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations
Job Requirements
- MD, pharmacist, PHD and other life sciences with solid medical/technical background and proven competencies
- Fluent in English & Local Language (oral and written Business knowledge, clinical research background
- Proven ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer, credible relationships with Medical Experts
- Thorough knowledge of clinical medicine, disease management, and medical research in at least one therapeutic area.
- Ability to understand and convey emergent scientific information
- Proven ability to use IT tools and interface effectively with a variety of technical platforms.
- Strong personal integrity and customer focus.
