Job Description
- Coordinating with department managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determining selection criteria.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Forecast quarter and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Develop job descriptions
- Update organization structure
- Proactively business partner with managers to drive up standards of performance across the group.
Job Requirements
- Males only
- Excellent English Fluency.
- Previous Experience in real estate / construction field is preferable.
- Excellent Excel Skills with Very Good Knowledge of remaining Office Programs.
- Experience within operational and strategic HR service delivery.
