Job Description

  • Perform and supervise daily payroll department operations.
  • Record Payroll Transactions in Financial on a monthly closing and reconcile monthly bank statements.
  • Prepare monthly company payroll taking into consideration all actions that impact payroll such as overtime, vacations, resignations, taxes, social insurance calculations, promotions and other payroll effects at Deadline.
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
  • Manage work-flow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely.
  • Revise all off-cycles calculations performed by several departments.
  • Reply to various inquiries regarding payroll in a timely manner.
  • Follow up from hiring to resignation cycle with HR department.
  • Follow up bank accounts creation
  • Deliver cash salaries

Job Requirements

  • 5+ Years of experience as a payroll specialist
  • Good English proficiency
  • First experience as a payroll specialist in a call center is highly appreciated.
  • Flexibility in shifts/hours
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Law
