Job Description
- Perform and supervise daily payroll department operations.
- Record Payroll Transactions in Financial on a monthly closing and reconcile monthly bank statements.
- Prepare monthly company payroll taking into consideration all actions that impact payroll such as overtime, vacations, resignations, taxes, social insurance calculations, promotions and other payroll effects at Deadline.
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
- Manage work-flow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Revise all off-cycles calculations performed by several departments.
- Reply to various inquiries regarding payroll in a timely manner.
- Follow up from hiring to resignation cycle with HR department.
- Follow up bank accounts creation
- Deliver cash salaries
Job Requirements
- 5+ Years of experience as a payroll specialist
- Good English proficiency
- First experience as a payroll specialist in a call center is highly appreciated.
- Flexibility in shifts/hours
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Law
