Job Description
- Prepares and confirms all import & export permits from governmental and private parties.
- Examines and verification of invoices and shipping manifests for conformity to tariff and customs regulations.
- Follows up with company departments and Clients for reception of complete set of shipping documents for customs clearance purposes, and ensure its compliance with Egypt Customs regulations and exemption lists requirements.
- Plans and tracks the shipment of final products according to customer requirements to ensure on time & complete delivery of cleared shipments.
- Keeps records of all demurrages, detentions, etc. and implements preventive actions to avoid customs penalties.
- Prepares periodic reports with respect to Custom Clearance activities and foreign export activities to be submitted to the manager.
- Resolves problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customs clearances.
- Maintains a good relationship & interaction with external parties and keeps company information private & confidential.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of any major (preferably logistic/commerce).
- 5 Years of experience preferably in Electrical Panels field.
- Preferably Giza resident.
- Very good communication and negotiation skills.
- Organized.
- Very Good Level of English.
