Showroom sales-furniture
About the Job
- Present the company in our showrooms.
- Welcome the customers in a professional and attractive way.
- Describe and explain each and everything to the customers.
- Support the customer to choose a suitable product.
- Send the orders to the factory for production or for delivery.
- Follow up with the customer care to meet the delivery date, as per our service level agreement.
- Follow up with the customers to ensure the products delivery and quality, to ensure the customer satisfaction level.
- Contribute to the stores sales goals by selling furniture and accessories
- Accurately complete order information, collect payment, and keep orderly customer records.
- Perform inventory cycle counts as directed.
- Responsible for store operations (including opening and/or closing bank)
- Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Solid computer skills and Microsoft office are a must.
- Good English language.
- Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are
- Honesty / Integrity - Ability to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace.
