Job Description
- Creating reports for handled incoming outgoing calls throughout the working day with the results and actions taken for each call, and following up the instructions regarding these calls.
- Updating the agenda for manager's appointments and a follow up calendar reminder tool for confirmation cancellation updates
- Arranging and booking business meetings and trips (conference arrangements.
- Creating an identity for manager's memos and making the required English Arabic translation for all correspondences (internal memos, emails, letters, offers and tender, etc.)
- Handling all requirements for meetings and committees through the following
- Meeting preparation: meeting topic, head of the meeting, attendees, preparing invitations, meeting agendas
- During the meeting: taking meeting minutes
- After the meeting: copying meeting summary to attendees and following up the actions needed
- Arranging, attending, and following committees meetings
- Welcoming visitors.
Job Requirements
- Female Only
- Max Age : 30 years
- 2+ years of experience in real-estate.
- Working Days: 6 days per week
