Job Description
Smart System is seeking a highly talented HR Recruiter to join our team and represent our culture to our expanding employee base. This role is open to contract candidates for IT Full-Time jobs, track career Training and development plan for performance appraisal
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Recruits, screens and interviews IT candidates for job openings.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and collaborate with Technical team for candidate evaluation and closure process.
Job Requirements
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, documentation, and accuracy
- Very good in using online recruiting sources (Linkedin, Facebook etc..) to identify and recruit candidates.
- Files and maintains employment records for future reference.
