Act as a liaison, and provide our services information to the calling customers (existing or potential)who inquiring about our announced travel packages and be persuasive enough to turn the send/received calls from/to customers into SALES.
Manage a large amount of incoming and follow-up calls in a timely manner.
Cooperate with clients to determine their travel needs and reply to all related inquiries about the destination, travel dates, visa procedures, accommodations, trip detailed itinerary, and convince them to join the offered trips.
Provide & present relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc.) to travelers.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way, process customer accounts and file documents.
Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
Follow up on payments & handling related paperwork (visa/tickets/receipts)
Report daily updates to the marketing & operation teams about sales activity to take the necessary actions for execution (flights, hotels, and visa).

At least one year experience as a Sales Representative in the tourism field.
Communication skills (verbal/nonverbal), persuasion skills, and negotiation skills are a must.
Problem-solving abilities that connected to a number of other skills, including (analytical skills, innovative and creative thinking, adaptability and flexibility, initiative, resilience, team working)
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent English & computer skills.
The personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
Preferably Nasr City or nearby residents.
