Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Determine the applicable (approved) production rates for labor and equipment for different construction activities.
  • Planning and time schedules for processing (either for tenders bidding or running projects) and ensure its compatibility with the overall project time schedule and client requirements, as well as the corresponding cash flow schedules.
  • Follow up the site progress compared with the planned schedules and cash flow to prepare regular reports showing the compatibility or deviations of activities construction schedule and progress percentage.
  • Approve the budgets for activities including subcontracting prices after ensuring its compatibility with basic study during tender bidding stage.
  • Planning updates and required recovery for time schedules and cash flow according to site work conditions after ensuring its compatibility with the overall project schedule and contract duration.
  • Studying time schedule recovery as well as the variations and change orders . For activities and specifications and their impact for costs and project duration time to claim the client for time extensions and costs accordingly.
  • Approve the sub-contracting time schedules and pricing before awards. To ensure compatibility with project overall time schedule and cash flow.
  • Determine the dates for activities award according to the planning time schedule to ensure work progress in planned dates.

Job Requirements

  • Civil Engineer
  • 5-7 years of experience in Technical office
  • Excellent level of English
  • Excellent user of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong internal and external communicator, influencer, and negotiator.
  • Ability to set and prioritize short, mid and long term objectives.
