Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare and post jobs Social Media/LinkedIn/websites.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven recruiting experience, 3-5 years in Software companies.
- IT Background is a plus.
- Has a wide network and strong database.
- Excellent English Skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interview, reference check, etc).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- HR Diploma is a must Or Deep HR self-study.
