Job Description
- Mange all warehouse operations related to raw-materials, spare parts, and finish
- Good.
- Create KPI's to operate the warehouses operations efficiency.
- Build the process and procedure to be sure that stocks are accurate all the time.
- Make sure to implement the standard process for the warehouse.
- Manage quarter Inventory Daily Cycle Count..
- Coordinates for training and updates training records.
- Determine the W/H capacity.
- Review the daily W/H Occupancy, to meet the target for procurement team, with
- Decreasing the warehousing Cost.
- Follow up the Daily stock movements. To arrange with the team the maximum usefulness of the warehouse team and correct if it is any mistakes.
- Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure
- Set productivity targets are met.
- Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements.
- Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment.
- Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems; evaluating and recommending new equipment.
- Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process workflow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changes.
- Ensures operations are conducted as per the SOP's (Standard Operations Procedures).
- Meets warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Prepare reports for all planning activity metrics and analyze all results to recommend required improvements in performance and collaborate with material manager to forecast all required strategies.
- Assist to monitor all department budgets and manage all inventories on quarterly basis and assist all team members to manage all production schedules.
- Prepare efficient training programs for all planning processes and manage inventory level for all components and finished products and ensure compliance to all business requirements.
Job Requirements
- BA degree in Logistic, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in a similar position is required.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- CPIM or CSCP Certificate for Manager is required.
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
- Food and Beverage Industry Knowledge is a Must.
