Job Description
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Meeting planned sales goals
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales managers
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results on time
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
- The ongoing training of sales-people
- Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
- Manage sales direct & indirect managers and provide leadership, training and coaching
- Set sales targets with sales managers for sales teams
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting sales requirements
Job Requirements
- Real Estate experience is highly needed
- Minimum 3 years as sales director in real estate/property management is preferable
- Fully aware of 6 of October and Zayed Cities sales techniques
- Suitable Bachelor’s degree.
