Job Description
- Responsible for the overall performance of sales either direct and indirect, marketing, customer Service
- Maximize the profit by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends & results of local market in real estate
- Collaborate with senior & middle management levels to set revenue goals & company commercial strategy as well as implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting & developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume & profit for existing and new projects
- Budgeting, forecasting and the ability to re-adjust spending /costing according to market changes
- Contribute to team effort in achieving the organizations targets and generating profit
- Collaborate with other job functions and departments inside the organization to build a culture of continuous improvement
- Maintain and enhance staff performance by selecting, orienting & training employees. As well as counseling, disciplining, planning, monitoring, coaching and evaluating teams’ job results
- Report important operational issues to CEO by proposing & providing different solutions
- Analyzing data, building reports & providing strategic recommendations based on data & market trends
Job Requirements
- Real Estate experience is highly needed
- Minimum bachelor’s degree and master is preferable
- Minimum 3 years as a Commercial Director
- Real estate commercial background is a must
- Fully aware of 6 of October and Zayed Cities sales techniques
- Demonstrate the ability to delegate, supervise & follow-up and leading staff
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Capable of managing multiple projects & working to tight deadlines
