Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Participate in the development and management of pricing related processes and tools
- Produce accurate and complete freight quotations in response to inquiries made by external & internal customers and internal team members
- Contact shipping lines for freight rates based on the destination/transit time requirements provided by the customer
- Reach a quotation turnaround time within the guidelines set by the department manager
- Prepare rates and organize company information for tender processes
- Provide monthly reporting on overseas response to RFQ’s
- Maintain and update pricing database
