Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Design, develop and support component, integration and verification tests for an embedded software application.
- Executing integration, Validation and Component Testing.
- Operate a variety of laboratory instrumentation and simulators to perform integration testing, system testing, and functionality testing
- Lead test requirement analysis and review meetings. Report on test activities
- Interface and collaborate as part of the software development team to report and aid diagnosis of issues.
- Participate in the software development life cycle including maintaining test protocols and requirement tracing.
- Follow standard operating procedures and software test engineering best practices.
- Plan and Perform quality assurance review audits
- Follow up quality findings to ensure their closure
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Embedded Software Testing.
- University degree in Computers, Communication or Electronics Engineering.
- Excellent command of the English language (Written and Spoken).
- Practical experience in Embedded Software Development is required.
- Experience in biomedical Software Development is preferred.
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.).
- Knowledge of relevant international standards is required.
- Familiar with v model.
- Analytical - Problem solving skills.
- Organized & Detail Oriented.
- Good communication skills.
