Job Description
- Register attendance of blue workers on daily basis
- Cross checks daily attendance with time sheets received from site & highlights any discrepancies
- Issue Blue Attendance sheet in order to calculate the blue collars payroll
- Collect HR Forms (vacation, Off Duties and Leave Requests) for Blue Collars on monthly basis
- Preparing periodic reports regarding the personnel issues be submitted on monthly basis or when required.
- Maintaining human resource filing system both computerized and manual.
- Following up employees’ attendance & preparing periodic reports.
- Following blue collars complaints.
- Following blue collars’ social & medical Insurance.
- Re- Evaluating new comers after the probation period.
- Being responsible for preparing HR Letters for blue collars.
- Handling the resignation & termination procedures.
Job Requirements
Minimum Required Education
- Bachelor in business or a related field
Minimum Required Professional Experience
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field experience
Language Proficiency
- Arabic: Mother Tongue
- English: Good or Fair
