Job Description

  • Prepare contracts for new joiners
  • Collect hiring documents for all new employees and make sure they are completed
  • Handle medical insurance approvals, claims & reimbursement
  • Issues IDs for new hired employees & distribute them
  • Responsible for mobile lines (Activation & Deactivation)
  • Responsible for employee attendance report ( HO /Branches)
  • Keep track of all employees leave balance
  • Collect HR letter requests and issue the letters /send them to the stores as per the process

Job Requirements

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in similar role
  • Very good English & computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure & meeting deadlines
