Job Description
- Prepare contracts for new joiners
- Collect hiring documents for all new employees and make sure they are completed
- Handle medical insurance approvals, claims & reimbursement
- Issues IDs for new hired employees & distribute them
- Responsible for mobile lines (Activation & Deactivation)
- Responsible for employee attendance report ( HO /Branches)
- Keep track of all employees leave balance
- Collect HR letter requests and issue the letters /send them to the stores as per the process
Job Requirements
- 2 – 4 years of experience in similar role
- Very good English & computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure & meeting deadlines
