Job Description
- The Oracle HR Techno Functional will be Using Oracle PL/SQL responsible for coding and unit testing application software across production support,
- Enhancements and projects for E-Business Suite applications/ oracle Cloud. He/She must meet service level agreements for production support response and resolution
- Design and develop technical solutions to a pre-defined requirement and develop components including extensions, views, customization, modifications, reports, and workflows independently or as a part of a team.
Job Description:
- Responsible for configuration changes and/or implementing new modules to the Oracle Fusion Cloud application.
- Design, develop and implement enhancements and customization to the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM modules including Core HR, Self Service, Compensation Workbench
- Act as an Oracle Fusion subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on HCM business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues from inception through to resolution
- Design, develop and implement new and enhanced interfaces with other internal and external systems
- Participate in unit and system-level tests responsible for comparing actual results with expected results
- Prepare technical and functional documentation as part of the SDLC process
- Prepare test plans & test scripts
- Work in global teams and support global cross-functional environment partnering with internal customers to help support and enhance business systems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- English fluent is a MUST
- Minimum experience 4 years in Oracle HRMS techno-functional.
- Experience of completing at least 2 full life cycle implementation project in HRMS Module.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
