Job Description
- Handling labs trials and processing
- Insure the modification of the raw material testing
- Insure the production cycle standards
- Leading new product development and opportunities of generating new product in the marketplace
- Insure the quality standard of the new color formulations with the required modifications as well as costing
- On hand on both TDS & MSDS full cycle
- Frequently study on competitors product
- Leading new product development and opportunities of generating new product in the marketplace
- Train and develop our engenders on standards or new product development
- Act as business partner with QC , Procurement and Production Department
- Attend meeting with external customers ( Suppliers)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in chemical engineering / paint technology
- Master degrees chemist is preferable
- In depth in painting fundamentals of R&D Wood is mandatory
- Good experience in research and development techniques
