Job Description

Objectives:

  • Develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and applying them to the clients assigned to him
  • Conduct regular informative and comprehensive meetings with the client’s project teams and other departments in the company
  • Planning and organizing daily work tasks at the clients’ premises to ensure completion of projects within the approved project schedule.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the various departments in the company
  • Keep management informed of all information and activities that will help maintain excellent relationships with the clients

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities :

  • Complete the gap analysis at the start of implementation projects, and report the gaps to the development team using the application used in the company. The implementor is responsible for following up on the completion of the gaps in the time specified
  • Explain the system templates to the client, supervise the data gathering and reviewing the data prior to uploading the files for the projects assigned to him.
  • Applies Implementation methodologies to the ERP implementation projects assigned to him.
  • Finalize the implementation plans, discusses them with the clients and adhere to the time frame agreed for the project
  • Configures and deploys the system for all the projects assigned to him
  • Acts as a functional consultant by advising the clients on business process improvements according to the industry best practice and the system’s capacity.
  • Timely response to clients calls and enquiries ensuring prompt resolution to open items as well as providing regular updates to management and the client team
  • Finalize the training plans, discusses them with the clients and adhere to the time frame agreed for the training
  • Works with the sales team to demonstrate the system to prospective clients, understand the client’s business requirements and assessing those needs in relation to the system that will be implemented.
  • Report progress and issues in any project to the management, and follow up on the resolution of those problems with the various departments in the company
  • Identify any threats to the project and raise them with the clients management and his superior and assist the client in resolving those issues.
  • Assist management in recruiting and training new staff in the implementation department.
  • Undertake all tasks requested by the management to promote excellent relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. of Commerce.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounting.
  • Experience in ERP systems as a user or implementor is a plus.
  • Experience in Power Poincomt Presentation,

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new skills fast.
  • Working under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of computer office software and internet usage in general.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel is a considerable plus.
