Job Description
- You will be responsible for the production activities of ready mixed concrete.
- You will plan the sequence of production orders and monitor the production status of ready-mixed concrete.
- You will coordinate with the procurement department regarding the requirements of raw materials.
- You will supervise the arrangement of delivering ready-mixed concrete to the sites and keep records of production activities.
- It will monitor production procedures to overcome product incompatibility.
- You will be responsible for planning, developing, managing and implementing the provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Program and training for production workers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with experience in the concrete industry.
- Must be able to meet the demands of an ever-changing business environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership, self-motivation and administrative skills
- Experience in designing mixtures
