Job Description
- Supervise factory manager and ensure that factory targets are met.
- Ensure all production orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Develop innovative strategies to stem line factory operations.
- Screening recruiting and training new factory workers.
- Collaborating with quality control to establish and execute quality control product.
- Ensure factory machinery in good working order.analyzing production data to identify and resolve and production issues.
- Prepare production report and submit them to management.
- Inspect finished products to determine if they meet established quality standards.
