Job Description
- Experienced Factory Manager to supervise factory workers and ensure that factory targets are met.
- Equipment maintenance as needed.
- Inspect on workers performance.
- Ensure all production orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Develop innovative strategies to stem line factory operations.
- Screening recruiting and training new factory workers.
- Collaborating with quality control to establish and execute quality control product.
- Ensure factory machinery in good working order.analyzing production data to identify and resolve and production issues.
- Prepare production report and submit them to management.
- Inspect finished products to determine if they meet established quality standards.
- Motivating factory workers to achieve factory targets.
Job Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience
- Previous experience in Concrete
