Job Description
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting:
- Preparation & Creation of various account reports including Operation Performance, Quality Management, and Voice Of Customer (VOC)
- Ability to collate and analyse data, adapt in using Excel, PowerPoint for reporting presentation
- Identify various ways to collect, analyse data and give insights based on the created reports
- Performing accurately and making sure that all reports are delivered in a timely manner
Support Professional:
- Handle customers’ requests through different channels through calls, emails, and social media platform
- Provide troubleshooting steps and product information to customers
- Research required information using available resources

Job Requirements
- Fluency in the Italian Language (B2-C1)
- Very Good level of English Language (A2-B1)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work on creative initiative and to work under pressure in order to achieve results and targets
- Demonstrate organisational and time management ability
