Job Description
- Ensure that the company becomes known as the best service provider. This means that manager effort must focus on satisfaction with service quality.
- Exploiting the market potential for Workshop service, Spare parts and accessories
- Direct all service employees towards the identified objectives –getting them to think and act in a customer focused way.
- Ensure that all relevant contracts and guidelines affecting the service area are complied with Satisfaction.
- Monitoring and analysis the behavior of customers and competitors in the Service market in order to recognize market opportunities quickly.
- The continuous monitoring of the level of achievement of targets listed and possibly the prompt initiation of controlling measures if necessary.
Job Requirements
- Education : B sc. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience: 7 to 10 years in service operation in a reputable dealership of which 3 years should be in a Managerial capacity.
