Job Description
- Quality manager is responsible for planning and implementation of internal audits including internal audits of all departments related to product quality.
- Quality manager is responsible for build-up and development of integrated management system related to quality and is authorized for planning and monitoring of implementation of management reviews
- Quality manager is responsible for reporting to Notified bodies on all changes within the company that may affect the product.
- Quality manager has to set and monitor the goals with respect to the education, training and skills of the quality personnel.
- Quality manager has to specify the responsibilities, authorities and interrelationships of all personnel of Quality who manage and perform tests.
- Quality manager has to ensure the competence of all who operate specific equipment, perform tests, evaluate the results, and sign test reports.
- Quality Manager has responsibility for conducting of management review of quality and for documented implementation of eventual corrective actions.
- Quality manager has responsibility to perform or verify work affecting the quality product through quality control charts and proficiency testing.
- Quality manager has also duties and responsibilities for ensuring that the management system related to quality is implemented and followed at all times.
- He has authority to prepare the periodic reports of quality services for management review to ensure access to highest level of management.
- Quality manager is authorized for supervising/approval of implementation of procedure for corrective and Preventive actions in factory .
- Responsibility for method modification and development and validation of new method.
- Responsible for CE audits and MOH audits on the factory
Job Requirements
- Experience in medical supplies production is a must
