Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Define project deliverable and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.
- Organize and lead project status and working meetings, prepare and distribute progress reports,manage risks and issues.
- Correct deviations from plans and perform delivery planning for assigned projects
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide. encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Co-coordinating, scheduling and organizing meetings (adhering to project governance structure).
- Attend meetings and take minutes and action points. Distribute these once written up.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a matrix organization.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager.
- Tech industry background is a must.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
