Job Description

  • Handling daily office work (printing, faxing and mailing, Receiving and signing shipping issue.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements ( Visa issue, Flight ,Hotel Reservation)
  • Provide verbal, written translation and prepare correspondence.
  • Provide personal administrative support to high management.
  • Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction .
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Doing Document control task if Document control are loaded or absent.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments (HR & Account )
  • Make filing for all sent items, received files in hard & soft copy.
  • Updating our brochure or any documents for publications or presentations if required.
  • Identify all letters by numbers.
  • Printing and filing all mails and attaches (Sent and Received).
  • Be sure that all documents are distributed correctly.
  • Follow up medical insurance
  • Distribution of couriers
  • Delivering and Distributing the drawings and the letters to the client and the contractor
  • Managing correspondence of head office and branches outside Egypt
  • Preparing events outside
  • Follow up Newspaper and advertisements
  • Project and Tenders number reservation
  • Followup Businessmen association (eg. EBA & SEBA)
  • Meeting Room Reservation.
  • Attending meetings to take meeting points.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the same field.
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
  • Knowledge of ethics with colleagues or with owners
  • Knowledge of telephone protocol
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications as AUTO CAD
  • Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and discretion with confidential information.
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure.
  • Very good computer skills (Windows - Excel - Word- Outlook – Internet)
