Job Description
Tasks and Requirement:
- Lead analysis, design, development, and implementation of web-based software applications including dynamic web content systems and services using SharePoint technologies, Visual Studio, TFS, ASP.Net, C#, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, REST & SOAP Web Services, Knockout.js.
- Integrate SharePoint with line of business systems.
- Documents requirements, user stories, specifications.
- Responsible for effort estimation of business requirements.
- Propose SharePoint solutions to fit client requirements, evaluate their technical feasibility and implement proof of concept solutions.
- Consult and recommend clients on technology solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, Office 365 platform. Design, implement, configure and administer SharePoint topologies.
- Administer existing SharePoint farms for clients. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis and address SharePoint support cases.
- Automate and optimize SharePoint deployments.
- Assist and support migration of SharePoint systems.
- Keeps up with the latest technological trends in Microsoft technologies to guide senior leadership and clients in choosing right technical solutions.
- Assist in end user training.
- Assist and mentor junior staff to ensure project deliverables and time lines are met.
Job Requirements
Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or IT or any Related field.
- 3 years of relevant Technical Experience in development and administration experience in SharePoint, development experience in ASP.Net, C#, Visual Studio, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Web Services, Ajax, SPServices..
- ITI Diploma is a must
Technical Requirements
- Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management team
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and current design patterns/practices; and when we say solid, we mean SOLID
- Strong knowledge and experience in all IT methodologies and life cycles that will be used
- Good Knowledge with SharePoint Workflow and Process automation
- Strong proficiency in the .Net framework and coding in C#
- Strong knowledge and understanding in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010 , 2013/16/19 environment
- Excellent problem solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions
- Able to work and interact with others in a structured / team environment
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint features and how to use them provide robust solutions including
- Quick learner with “can do” attitude
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
