Job Description
- Make arrangements for Ticket, transportation, accommodation, tours, and activities outside Egypt.
- Advise clients & provide general or specific advice about different travel destinations.
- Handling outbound holidays packages for groups and individuals.
- Close sales and follow up with clients "using above channels" Researching travel information and using market research information to guide decisions.
- Interacting with clients over Phone, Email and social media.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints and make alternative arrangements for customers who have had their trips interrupted by unforeseen issues.
- Handle invoicing and issuing of vouchers.
- Evaluating customers' holidays, issuing appropriate feedback form and assuring client's satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Excellent in English language speaking and writing
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of Experience in the field of outgoing tourism.
- Very Good in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs.
- Excellent communication skills, excellent time management skills and excellent customer focus attitude.
