Job Description
- Collaborate with the sales team and internal business partners on contract details
- Draft, revise and negotiate terms and conditions contracts as updates become available
- Work with legal and all relevant involved teams to ensure contracts are in compliance
- Develop and maintain digital and paper system of contracts, other documentation, and records
- Update existing contracts and monitor all contract deadlines when legal changes are made
- Review and work on Baselines pf projects according to the legal and company’s standards in a timely manner.
- Review and work on Planning reports and Projects KPIs according to the company’s standards in a timely manner.
- Review and work on Variation Orders according to the legal and company’s standards in a timely manner.
- Review and work on Claims according to the legal and company’s standards in a timely manner.
- Prepare budget and oversees expenditures .
- Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded
- Attend project meetings and discussions with and external clients
- Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring
- Participate in the development of estimates and studies within the tender stage
- Coordinate and develop appropriate control budgets consistent with project estimate and Work Breakdown Structure / Cost Breakdown Structure
- Monitor costs, collect and compile progress and cost data, develops cost control worksheets and reports for review by delivery teams within each project stage
- Review financial data related to accruals, invoice payments, purchase orders, and material deliveries
- Coordinate and develop project annual spend projections, cost reconciliations, and variance analysis
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Bachelor Degree
- Related Field Experience: 15+ years relevant experience
