Job Description
Reporting:
- Ensure correct and on time reporting is done by the countries on a monthly basis;
- Analyse results & follow up on deviations in comparison to monthly, budget & trend figures;
- Consolidate of the monthly communication on countries results ;
- Consolidate & share KPIs to the countries on a monthly basis;
- Ensure budget, trend & year end reporting is fully completed by countries;
- Support of countries during the reporting period (monthly closing, budget and Trend);
- Drive and strengthen the process to develop the reporting in line with the best practices;
- Continuously develop and leverage his/her expertise in Finance IT systems.
Trend & Budget :
- Support Financial Controller in preparing the Budget /Trend for the Zone
Analysis:
- Analyse the performance for his/her scope
- Use effectively the standard reports and consolidated data
- Continuously develop and leverage his/her expertise in Finance IT systems
- Develop his/her knowledge / data to better identify and analyze the points of attention
Job Requirements
Knowledge & Experience
- BA in Finance
- 3-5 years’ experience in finance or similar position
Skills & Abilities
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and Power Point)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
- Pasion for learning and process improvement
- Attention to details
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
