Job Description

Key Job Accountabilities

Map local consumer decision journey for categories and brands - with consumer intelligence teams

  • The digital manager needs to leverage the knowledge of the media agency and the platform partners to develop strategic hypothesis that are implementable and testable
  • Tailor the Global Digital and Media strategies to the local characteristics for the brand
  • The digital manager needs to use the CDO guidelines (filtered with local insights from the regional CMI/CMO team, media agency, and platform partners)
  • Monitor digital campaign performance and consumer engagement
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside the Company (marketing, communication, sales), digital ecosystem and media partners
  • Maintain understanding of the latest digital opportunity and trends in consumer interaction and inspire the teams with those possibilities
  • This needs to happen at a Zone level, with the proper advanced planning, to ensure the assets are developed to take advantage of these opportunities
  • Owned platforms excellence (tagging, SEO..)
  • Lead the development of new sites with multifunctional team - optimize experience on website (speed, recovery, SOE, SEM, etc)
  • Organic search ranking clarify the strategy with the agency & roadmap to improve after website opening Brand websites and management
  • Build audience leveraging for all Digital Marketing methods (content marketing, social, events amplification)
  • Oversee a strategic approach to the use of social media and provide relevant content for them; in order to support Digital Marketing Campaigns and the wider aims of the brand
  • Expand e-commerce by defining local strategies for e-retailing, e-boutiques, e-tailing and support new business model pilots
  • Support e-commerce by providing adapted content and ensuring best asset management
  • Build a strong partnership with Digital technology to improve services
  • Team upskilling - organize 'upskilling' session with brand teams - make sure to bring teams to the level that they can lead the projects by themselves for digital KPI's
