Job Description
- Receives new clients’ orders from International sales department side.
- Communicates with the Production Planning department, receives regular updated concerning job orders (Production status).
- Validates clients POs, provide them with a proper feedback for any concerns.
- Comparisons between different vendors / suppliers offers (Technical and financial), chooses the appropriate one.
- Coordinates with the Freight forwarders / Couriers / Shipping agencies.
- Issues Clients’ invoices and communicates with the finance department to follow-up payment.
- Receives customs clearance feedback regularly.
- Follows-up with clients after products delivery in order to ensure clients’ satisfaction.
- Maintains updated documents (Data base).
- Prepares different kinds of reports regularly.
- Follows-up with warehouses to maintain products availability.
- Communicates with R&D department concerning new products requests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Excellent command of the English language, French and other foreign languages are an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer orientation and presentation skills.
