Job Description

  • Receives new clients’ orders from International sales department side.
  • Communicates with the Production Planning department, receives regular updated concerning job orders (Production status).
  • Validates clients POs, provide them with a proper feedback for any concerns.
  • Comparisons between different vendors / suppliers offers (Technical and financial), chooses the appropriate one.
  • Coordinates with the Freight forwarders / Couriers / Shipping agencies.
  • Issues Clients’ invoices and communicates with the finance department to follow-up payment.
  • Receives customs clearance feedback regularly.
  • Follows-up with clients after products delivery in order to ensure clients’ satisfaction.
  • Maintains updated documents (Data base).
  • Prepares different kinds of reports regularly.
  • Follows-up with warehouses to maintain products availability.
  • Communicates with R&D department concerning new products requests.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Excellent command of the English language, French and other foreign languages are an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer orientation and presentation skills.
