Job Description
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Develop a schedule for construction phase that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
- Develop forms and records to document project activities
- Preparing and analyzing the project’s cash flow
- Cost Controlling and monitoring changes in designs and assessing their effect on the project budget.
- Preparing weekly and monthly payment of subcontracts and Invoices.
- Overseeing all project’s payments
- Time extension and cost claims analysis
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Review projects time schedules and prepares subcontractors' plans.
- Implement and review contracts and subcontracts.
- Make sure that best practices are applied to each project.
- Make all the revisions available to all the parties involved in the project
- Handle complaints and claims
- Calculate non-chargeable expenses, as well as any labor or equipment costs that may exceed the budget for the project.
Job Requirements
- Cairo Residence Preferably near Nasr City or Maadi.
- Experience (4- 8) year.
- Excellent in primavera.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good English language usage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Good analytical skills.
- Accurate & detail-oriented.
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Microsoft. project…etc.).
