- Report to head of sales.
- Set needed manpower with the head of sales.
- Support his team with a motivative environment.
- Maintain needed continuous training for his team.
- Reach the target and goals set for his area.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Monitor his team’s performance and motivate them to reach their target.
- Study market research to determine customer needs.
- Manage appropriate levels of stock and purchases based on budget.
- Work on succession planning for store managers/assistances and prepare second line of management.
- Work on maximizing sales ratio and open new channels for sales.
Job Requirements
- Decision maker and has organizational, time management, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to travel around Egypt.
- Experienced in Retail Pro 9.
- Experienced in the fashion industry for at least 3 years.
- Excellent in presentation and communication skills.
- Very Good in MS.
- Ability to work under pressure.
