Job Description
- Generate all sales activities and advertising, including hiring, training and motivating sales representatives, working with other departments to close deals.
- Identify and closes new sales deals, ensuring the achievement of the set sales target.
- Understand the client’s IT environment, identifies and creates the need wherever possible and present the company service product range.
- Create RFI and Requests for Pricing.
- Responsible to achieve all sales revenue targets.
- Achieve company corporate and marketing objectives.
- Comply with the company reporting requirements as needed i.e. pipeline reporting, forecast reporting,….etc.
- Follow up on clients’ complaints or additional needs, and reach a resolution for optimum client satisfaction.
- Provide management required feedback and reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth.
- Previous proven work experience in the IT field.
- Strong expertise and knowledge in new technologies
- Ambitious and target focused with a drive to succeed.
- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and outlook.
