Job Description

  • Develop policies, and models used that ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of work procedures in cooperation with department managers and implementing them.
  • Explain and ensure that the policies and procedures are understood before they are announced.
  • Follow-up with departments to ensure policy implementation and evaluation from time to time.
  • Participate in preparing the employee's manual that includes the company policies, procedures, and internal regulations, taking into consideration labor law and the industry.
  • Propose the design of the employee's handbook and ensure that it reaches all existing and new employees.
  • Prepare the Orientation program of the company, which includes the vision, mission, goals, and history of the company, internal policies and benefits provided by the company.
  • Prepare the employee evaluation form for the induction program.
  • Prepares the technical induction program for each job with department managers and follow up with its implementation.
  • Preparing and submitting reports on identifying suitable leaders (Successors) for each job by assessing the competencies and develop and them.
  • Assisting department managers in setting a short and long-term training plan for each employee and create a development plan.
  • Supervise the implementation of approved training and development policies.
  • Determine the training plan for all employees based on competencies skills matrix analysis, which clarifies the skills required in each job and the sum of the skills required in each department and identifies the gap between what is required and available to work to reduce the gap by continuous training.
  • Conducting searches for training service providers & evaluating them.
  • Review job descriptions and submit proposals for designing newly created jobs.
  • Conducts job analysis.
  • Review data for each job with the line manager such as tasks, objectives and job requirements.
  • Submit proposals to amend or develop a performance appraisal policy to ensure the effectiveness of the program.
  • Create and communicate overall strategic goals by developing and communicating a performance management plan.
  • Helping in setting job goals, performance indicators.
  • Ensure that all targets are measurable and have clear KPI'S
  • Providing Consultation and training in performance management.
  • Track annual performance appraisals.
  • Ensure that each employee signs his performance appraisal form.
  • Assist line managers in handling performance by setting a performance improvement plan for each employee that includes specific and measurable goals and a specific time period.

Job Requirements

  • 4 to 7 Years Of Experience in Organizational Development.
  • Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration.
  • HR Diploma or Certificate is a Must
  • Microsoft Office
