Job Description
- Greeting clients and know their needs from different cosmetic products, Such as Bioderma, Isis, L'Oréal, Soskin, Sanosan, Avene, Garnier, Nuxe and advise customers for the best products which fit their needs
- Managing all products of mother care and babies, and give advice for the best products that match with customer’s needs
- Managing all the arrangements of the products inside the branch and select the way to be arranged at different shelves, which give the best visual to all different products to be seen by the clients from one side and the option to answer the client’s inquiries from another side
- Managing all products’ stocks amounts and the re-orders requests and doing following up with stores keepers for the order's delivery in order to maintain the minimum stock level at the branch to meet the customers' needs
- Meeting with products' distributors and try to fully understand the different use of each them and understand any new promotion to any of the products
- Generate different reports to cosmetic’s manager side by side with your recommendations regarding clients inquiries, achieved sales amount..etc
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Work Experience from 2-4 at the same position or similar
- High Communication skills
- Ability to listen and understand the client's needs
- Problem-solving skills
