Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist, who has a broad experience in various HR areas (Recruitment – payroll– training/development -performance- Employee Relation). HR Generalists should exhibit strong Knowledge and skills in recruitment and Talent Management with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and training. Top candidates will be comfortable managing grey areas, effective at scheduling and methodical in the recruitment process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, as well as workforce planning.
  • Assist in developing and executing HR procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exiting including entering data into the HR database and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the management of performance systems.
  • Delivering effective support to the department head and the wider business, ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the HR function.
  • Implementing learning and development activities by coordinating training sessions.
  • Maintaining up-to-date, accessible and accurate HR records.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Proven experience as HR Generalist / talent acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Deep understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Excellent record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent English communication and people skills
  • Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • The desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
