Job Description
Objectives of this Role
- Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
- Carefully maintain complaint and non conformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
- Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Conduct and follow up Inspections, Internal Audits and other QA activities.
- Report Inspections & Audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective / preventive actions.
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures related to quality, safety, GMP, HACCP, food safety and environment.
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
- Conduct training in Quality, GMP and Food Safety topics.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Acceptable computer competence, including database management
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
